百  草  枯  肺

（附26例报告）

   提要    对46例百草枯中毒合并肺部损害的26例进行回顾总结。死亡24例。分析肺损害预后严重,是百草枯中毒的主要并发症和死亡原因。大剂量口服中毒，48小时内迅速出现肺水肿和肺出血；小剂量口服，3－31天迟发不可逆的肺间质纤维化，导致呼吸衰竭。并讨论了肺损伤机制，强调百草枯中毒急救措施应在肺损害前进行。

  Abstract: 46 cases of paraquat poisoning 26 cases reviewed have pulmonary damage and pulmonary damages occurred  rate is 57%,24 died. Paraquat lung heralds a poor outlook and is major death  reason and complication. Following oral ingestion of large doses, Pulmonary oedema and haemorrhage  usually occurred with 48 hours.Ingetion of litter doses, may leads progressive and irreversible pulmonary fibrosis in 3 to 33 day. Intoxaction mechanisms of paraquat poisoning was emphasized and care medical treated before the damages.
